In case you don’t like the product after it has been delivered, you are free to return. All products purchased on www.blekon.com can be returned/replaced within the 30 days of the delivery date, across the USA. To be eligible for a return, refund or replacement you must follow following process and agree to the terms mentioned below.

Returns and Replacement Process:

• Contact us via email at fashion[@]blekon.com (Must mention your order number)
• Get shipping label on your email to return item
• Ship item/s to our location using shipping label received.
• Wait for item to be delivered to us.
• Allow us couple of days for inspection of your item and approval for return, refund or replacement.
• Get Refund, Return or replacement as per your choice.

 

Terms and Conditions for a Valid Return or Replacement

• Returns and replacement are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Request raised after 30 days, won’t be entertained.
• Item/s must be returned in its original condition. When we say original condition, means it should be unworn and without damage of any sort like scratches or marks on the item. Also, must not have been altered in any way.
• Original packaging must be returned with product. If product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed.
• Once approved for refund money can be refunded as store credit or original payment method you used to pay (depending upon your choice), within 2-3 business days.
• In the case of refund shippment charges will be deducted from the order amount.

 

Cancellation Policy

• For Cancellations Blekon Customer Service must be contacted via email mentioned above and  under contact us link. Please quote Order Number in all communications. It is advised that query is sent from the registered email id that you used to complete purchase.
• Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the item is shipped and tracking number sent to customer.
• Your order will be cancelled instantly and refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days to your original payment method.
• Following deductions will be made under Refund Process
• In case of cancellation, after shipment of order , shippment charges will be borne by the customer only.
